How can I run the CHAI3D examples with the Oculus Rift?

The Oculus Rift is currently supported in a separate module which can be found in directory modules/OCULUS . A number of examples are provided with the framework and each one of them has been carefully optimized to support the head mounted display. New example can easily be created by importing some of the scenes and content created in the original CHAI3D example set.
