But I couldn't able to detect Falcon device in Chai3D 3.2.0 through Force dimension SDK. I uninstalled all Novint drivers and softwares and installed the Force dimension SDK 64-bit version "sdk-3.7.3.3210-win-x64". But the chai3D applications didn't detect the falcon device. My computer has Windows10 64-bit OS. How I can solve this issue.

Finally I able to manually update the Novint Falcon driver(Force Dimension) from device manager and now the Falcon device is successfully communicating with the Chai3D 3.2.0. Thanks for your help.

Hi, is it possible for you to say something more about how you manually updated the driver? I think I ran into the same problem and I don't know how to solve it. It seems to me that I have tried all the stuff mentioned here. And I also remember that there was a button in HapticInit but I don't see it anymore. All programs tell me no device found. Device manager can see it, shown as Falcon.

Is CHAI3D still OK with Falcon Haptic ?
The Force Dimsnsion sdk-3.13.2-win-x64.exe seems no support for Falcon.
After the SDK installed, in windows device manager, I can not find a "Force Dimsnsion" driver.
How to let CHAI3D example (eg. 01-mydevice.exe ) detect Falcon ?
